A NOTE ABOUT DIGITAL ARTWORK
Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in the wrong format. Much time can be lost with efforts to convert files that are submitted without following the information guidelines below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you also mail or fax a hard copy of the artwork and any special instructions. Please indicate your Order Number on the artwork if you know it.
Artwork is only as good as you provide. Simply because the art file is an EPS or TIFF format does not mean it will be clean and useable. Faxed, scanned or art which has been reproduced numerous times will not improve and will not look its best without additional clean up efforts. Please do not submit web graphics as they are produced in a resolution setting (generally 96 dpi) that is too low for our processes to reproduce attractively.
We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our standards of product quality when reproduced with our equipment and processes.

Adobe PhotoShop – windows versions 5.5 or earlier
Adobe Illustrator – Windows, version CS-2 or earlier
Save Graphics as Adobe Illus. CS-2, convert text to outlines
Image resolution should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% imprint size for best reproduction
Convert all text to outlines or curves. Please be aware that once this is done the text in your artwork can no longer be edited. If editing is required you must include the Font (TrueType only) with the file.
WE DO NOT HAVE EVERY FONT THAT IS AVAILABLE.
Mac to PC converted files must have a file extension included in the file name (i.e. filename eps)
When assigning a color to art or text, please use a PMS color. This will work for process or spot colors.

NOTE: Following these instructions does not guarantee the art will output. If any of the above is not possible, please send in Camera Ready Art (film or slick), 600 dpi or greater.
Artwork will be billed at $50.00 per hour. Minimum art charge is $25.00.
Normal production time is 5 to 10 working days. Large quantities may require 10 to 20 working days. Some special order items, such as bronze tablets, may require additional time. Approximate delivery time will be confirmed upon order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date.
Special rush services are available on most items. Please confirm availability prior to ordering.
SETUP, ETCHING, ENGRAVING and ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional Charges for Engraving and Logos. Excessive text, second sides or additional logos or locations may result in additional charges.
Etched marble, Crystal and Glass items require a Set-up and etching fee.
There is typically only one Setup Fee for all items of a common type, with a separate etching fee per unit. For instance, if you ordered five pieces of a crystal vase, only one Set-up fee would apply for all five, the other four units would only be charged an etching charge.
Our Set-up Fee covers the cost of prepping each item for etching or engraving.
Crystal, Glass & Marble Awards Set-Up and Etching: $50.00; First unit.
Additional Units: $25.00
Color fill – 1 color included where indicated, additional colors $15.00 each
Engraving on silver plated items – $1.00 per letter ($10.00 minimum)
Second location or side - Additional Set-Up charge plus $10.00 per item.

SPECIAL RUSH SERVICES - EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SERVICE
EXPRESS SERVICE is 10% additional (of entire order) for shipment/delivery within 48 hours ($10 minimum).
PRIORITY SERVICE is 20% additional (of entire order) for shipment/delivery within 24 hours ($10 minimum).
EXPRESS and PRIORITY Services are subject to availability of inventory and production capacity.
Special Rush Services DO NOT include special shipping charges necessary to meet customer deadline.
All plaques are individually packaged. Trophies and other items are wrapped and boxed.
Shipping Charges - $4.00 - $8.00 per shipping carton plus freight charges (depending on type of product).
Split Shipments – Add $4.00 per location.
Claims & Damages – It is the responsibility of the customer to make claims with the carrier.
We will assist in every way possible.
All new accounts must fill out our Application for Open Account form and return it to our Accounting Office.
Allow two weeks for processing. Prior to approval, all new accounts will be prepaid.
Custom designed or special order items will require a 50% deposit.
Net 30 days for customers with established accounts. Our minimum billing is $15.00
No products may be returned without prior approval from our customer service department. Because of the highly personalized nature of award products, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
All costs incurred up to cancellation will be billed.
Orders being changed after work has been completed will be subject to additional charges.
